Refund policy

Every Voodies shirt is printed on demand, just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Misprints, damage or defects

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, we'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund. Just email voodiescollabs@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

your order number
a clear photo of the problem (and of the shipping label, if the package was damaged)

You don't need to send the item back.

Wrong item received

If you got the wrong major, color or size compared with what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send the right one at no cost.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 30 days and we'll work it out with the carrier.

Cancellations

Orders go to print quickly. If you need to cancel or change something, email us within 12 hours of ordering. After production starts, we can't cancel the order.
